All customers of Our Services and solutions, directly or indirectly are required to involve in adequate use only as per this policy as modified from time to time. On acceptance of terms and conditions you allow Priority SMS to send SMS or Email alerts for the related product/service information.
We strictly follow rules and regulation mandated by TRAI, so we request all of our users/customers to strictly follow the rules and regulation of TRAI website: http://www.nccptrai.gov.in
Prices may be increases at any point of time due to any price revision from network/telecom operator or TRAI.
Enforcement of Terms and Conditions for www.prioritysms.com customers:
Indirect or attempted violations of the policy and actual or attempted violations by a third party on behalf of a www.prioritysms.com Customer or end user of the Customer, shall be considered violation of the policy by such customer or end user. If any user/customer violates the above Terms and Conditions would be liable for action under the principal laws including discontinuation of the services without any advance notice.
Promotional Offers: Any offers from our website, our social media, promotional sms/mailers or by any medium would not be applicable for any existing customers. These activities being done to engage new customers and all the rights are reserved.
